The Arthur Capper Community Center project broke ground last week! BCE enjoyed working on this design with Torti Gallas and Partners, Inc. and is looking forward to completing this project by November 15, 2015!

The District of Columbia Housing Authority broke ground on the estimated $11 million community building for the Capitol Quarter community, located on 5th Street between K and L streets in Southeast on August 20. The LEED Gold facility should be complete by November 2015.
