OST is excited to announce that we are now working with the South Jersey Transportation Authority to develop aeronautical facilities on 20 acres at the Atlantic City International Airport. As a systems integrator with expertise in both smart infrastructure and aviation, this development is a natural fit for our company. Our extensive knowledge in these areas combined with our experience building public-private programs in local and regional areas will allow us to maximize investments in the aeronautical industry and bring new jobs to South Jersey.

More exciting news to come in early 2023!

The South Jersey Transportation Authority will negotiate a ground lease agreement with OST Inc./Converge to develop aeronautical facilities on 20 acres at Atlantic City International Airport.

On Wednesday, November 30th, OST supported the Dayton-Wright Chapter of AFCEA in hosting an event at the National Museum of the United States Air Force entitled Remembrances of the Vietnam War: An Evening with Medal of Honor Recipient Sammy L. Davis. Sergeant Davis is an American soldier who served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was awarded the nation’s highest military medal for valor by President Lyndon B. Johnson, the Medal of Honor. More than 200 attendees got to hear Sergeant Davis tell his amazing story of bravery, service, and love alongside his wife, Dixie.

OSTian’s Nathan Morris and Carl "Shof" Shofner helped organize the event, providing the invocation, serving as the Distinguished Visitors coordinators, and having the privilege of moderating a Q&A with Sergeant Davis. Dinner and autographed versions of Sergeant Davis’s book, You Don’t Lose ‘Til You Quit Trying, were paid for by the Gary Sinise Foundation which honors our defenders, veterans, first responders, their families, and those in need. The event was attended by dignitaries, veterans, and military from across Southwest Ohio including veterans and members all branches of the military, police chiefs, fire chiefs, and congressional offices.

OST is proud to have supported such an inspiring event. We salute the Dayton-Wright Chapter of AFCEA for organizing an incredible evening!

Dr. Indu Singh, Senior Scientist for OST, was recently honored with the Dayton-Wright Chapter of AFCEA's President's Award. Carl "Shof" Shofner, Vice President of Community Relations for the Dayton-Wright AFCEA Chapter and Senior Executive at OST, had the pleasure of presenting Dr. Singh with this award honoring his support of the 2021 Wright IT Summit where he moderated a panel on SMART and IoT for a gathering of more than 200 government and industry professionals. OST Vice President, Brian Cole, recently spoke on a panel along with Sean Mulcahy of Gavin Advertising and Ashley Tilley of Momentum, Inc. at this year's about "Engaging Customers with Virtual Teams." He discussed how to design the customer experience with intent and flexibility, and ways that technology can help replicate huddle rooms and other core processes. Brian talked about how preparation and planning before the pandemic allowed easier adoption of virtual flood surveys and briefings when in-person collaboration wasn't possible.
