Seeing the Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center GW Health come to life brings the Cube Root / CBRE team so much joy. After twenty years, the District will have a full-service hospital in their community again.

We are honored to lead the construction and program management efforts on this impactful project that will greatly improve the available healthcare to the residents of Ward 8.
