Lets just say, Im mussing for a moment.....
Its August.
We have already completed 17 of the 32 weeks between spring cleaning and last leaf cleanup.
The 1st 6 weeks of the season, usually has the phone ringing off the hook(even though it should be ringing BEFORE the season starts - ppl always seem to forget that springs arrival means lawn season). By the end of those 6, one should have received enough calls to fill all time slots. And for the next 26 weeks, answering the calls with.....sorry Im booked.
So how, In August how are you still looking for work?
I can tell you why.
Every call that comes in during those '26 weeks' is, because thier 'current provider sucks' and they are looking for 'something', 'anything', 'name your price', 'please', 'it doesn't matter which day'!!
And IF someone can pick them up, you lose a slot and after too many loses,,,,,, you need more customers.
Avoid needing to look for more customers and do your ppl right. From day one.
