Everett Industries, LLC

Everett Industries, LLC Industry leader in manufacturing wet & dry abrasive cutoff machines/abrasive wheels. Delivering precise cuts into metal & non-ferrous material since 1962.

Everett Industries manufactures wet and dry abrasive cutoff machines and abrasive wheels that deliver precise cuts into metal and non-ferrous material. We produce over 22 saw models that range in size from 8" to 26", while our wheels range in size from 7" to 26". Founded in 1962, the company employs 28 people and its daily operations are run by President Bill Everett. Everett Industries' cutoff sa

ws and wheels are used in factories and project sites to cut wire rope, steel bar, hydraulic hose, exotic alloys, metal pipe, metal and plastic tube, copper, brass, and materials tested in a metallurgical lab. Contact us for more information!

Our own engineers programmed this cut too slow. The machine corrected us.

Most abrasive saws get run well below what the wheel actually wants. Not because operators are babysitting the feed… but because their machine isn't stiff enough, isn't powerful enough, or the operator doesn't trust it to hold up at speed. Abrasives want to cut fast. Most saws won't let them.

The 36" SaferCut® will. A closed-loop control system watches motor torque in real time and commands the hydraulic feed to hold the machine at peak cutting power. We manually programmed a conservative program based on what we thought the wheel and machine could handle. The control loop ran it faster and the surface finish was better than our manual settings.

If you're cutting 7"+ sections on an abrasive saw, this is what the cut should look like.

Built for forging mills, rolling mills, and master metal producers.

It’s not a toy, it’s a tool… a real machine tool.

Off-the-shelf vises don't cut it for helicopter blades.

A few recent fixtures off our floor:
- Helicopter blade inspection trimming with 3D-printed supports
- Ball screw cutting with end-face squareness to tight tolerance
- 10" C-channel chain vising for inspection cuts
- Met-Lab sectioning for a superalloy producer
- Wire rope for harmonic balancers

If your operators are shimming, flipping, or eyeballing to get a repeatable cut...send us the part. We'll engineer a way to hold it.
