Hope everyone has been doing well. It was a very hard year for us to get on our feet. We moved out to Chesterfield and it's been nothing but a nightmare. A few supposedly well respected individuals within the township have acted very childish after a neighbor turned us in for a violation and since I first walked into the township office they've been disrespectful making jokes right to my face. A Year later they still don't have a fix for the violation even though it's complete and still have cracked a joke each time before walking the property. They're so pathetic they flat out allowed the neighbor to raise his property over the property line and 2ft high with no slope and grading on our property. I don't think we'll ever get fair treatment in the future. They have an engineer and another individual I question their background with our situation. The township office could use a class on how to work with citizens and be respectful. Its easy to act a fool behind a desk and I will be recording every interaction from now on. For anyone who's ever used us you know how respectful we are from the time we first meet to when we complete the job. Being a good person in this situation has gotten us nothing but attitude and we're opening up about it to hopefully create some change within the township

This year has been great but also tough. As a company we are learning our strengths and weaknesses. Our strengths is always providing great services trimming and removing trees and shrubs. Our weakness this year has been being able to be responsive. Due that we are always in the Field working late days and the mechanics that fix our equipment, it has been hard answering back to people at a respectable time.

It has been very busy with our regular work but when storm damage comes in, they take a higher priority over other jobs due to the hazard they present. We were able to safely remove the lead back the the main trunk and make it safe again for the customer to park and walk to and from their house
