Gas Metal Melting Furnace is used to melt copper, gold, silver, copper, aluminum, zinc, tin and other metals with melting points below 1300 ° C. Suitable for most fuels, liquefied gas，LPG, natural gas, propane, etc.

Many other people's single burner furnace has a problem, the flame can only heat one side of crucible strongly ,especially if you use a 10KG big size crucible, the flame can only reach to 1/3 or 1/2 wall of the crucible, the opposite side has no flame. So we often saw that some part of metal in crucible has been melted, but some other part is not yet. It means you need longer time and more gas to melt whole pot of metal, my dual burner solved this problem by heating 2 sides of crucible at the same time, it can save 50% time and 20% gas cost. As we know, 40%--70% gas energy is actually escaping in heating process, that is big waste . So if you melt fast, you save more propane cost.

Outer diameter ( O.D.) 2" air choke ( the 3 way tee with 2 mouth ) will attract maximum air flow into tube ,
it is self adjusting and drafts the proper amount of air based on gas pressure , with a proper gas tuned to produce higher BTU with less propane , this design is more efficient and saves propane cost .But if you want to adjust air flow or flame , it is easy to cut an aluminum cans by yourself to block part of mouth on the tee.
* The feed tube is 8" ( 20cm ) long ,3/4'' thread , outer diameter ( O.D.) is 1" . The flame cone on the bottom is 1-15/16"(48.5mm) O.D. wide. So you can open 1'' hole in your forge or furnace ( push in tube first, then screw the flame cone with tube inside forge), or open 2'' hole ( push the flame cone into forge)
