🚨Important Notice Regarding United Healthcare Advantage Plans.

If you are a UHC Medicare plan beneficiary, please carefully review the correspondence we received. As of April 1st, Synapse Health will be the sole authorized provider for filling Durable Medical Equipment (DME) orders.

This change is outside of our control and despite our efforts to advocate for our patients' healthcare needs, we were unable to alter this decision.

If you are not happy with this decision, you can move over into a different plan without being penalized. If you have any questions, feel free to call or come by our office to discuss your options.
