Castings, Castings, Castings! We've been working heavily on aluminum castings over the past couple of months! We're seeing a very successful application where you can start with a 200–300 Ra as-cast surface and knock it down to low double digits using a variety of media.

Let's talk mill Line Removal! We have been very successful removing mill lines from numerous metals from Aluminum, Nickel, Titanium and more! Sometimes specialized tooling is required so we don't loose features on the part, other times with harder alloys we can run them fully exposed without issue.

All within 4-6 Hours we can accomplish the following!

Aluminum: Milled 120+ Ra to a 4-5 Ra
Titanium: Milled 70 Ra to a 10-12 Ra, then to a low single digit Ra
Nickel: Milled 50 Ra to a 13 Ra, then to a low single digit Ra
