maintenance. In the mid-60’s, Deitz Company combined its mechanical, electronic, and photoelectric expertise to produce tablet/capsule counting machines. Something new!

Every once in a while we get a call from a customer who needs to buy a few feet of replacement belt for their conveyor. It seems that the line operator shut off the conveyor but left the heat tunnel operating. With a tall bottle, this isn't a problem. But if the heat tunnel is set low, the heat can damage the conveyor belt.

So we added an option we call the Emergency Auto-Lift. If power to the conveyor is interrupted, the heat tunnel rises. When power is restored, the heat tunnel returns to the pre-set height.

Emergency Auto-Lift prevents hot heat tunnel from damaging conveyor or bottles when conveyor is stopped.
