The Giants 400 Report is a highly regarded industry survey that ranks the nation’s largest architecture, engineering, and construction firms based on gross revenue. Now in its 50th year, the annual report draws participation from nearly 600 firms nationwide and features 137 separate rankings across 25 building sectors and specialty categories and six AEC disciplines, making it one of the industry’s most comprehensive annual assessments.

Last week, French & Parrello Associates (FPA) attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for the newly completed South Amboy Ferry Terminal. Hosted by the City of South Amboy and NY Waterway, the ceremony celebrated the completion and grand opening of the new ferry pier, parking lot, and pavilion, each designed by FPA as part of the overall terminal development. The event brought together city, county, and state officials, including New Jersey Department of Transportation Commissioner Priya Jain.

The new ferry terminal provides commuters with direct service to lower Manhattan and an alternative to congested surface routes. Its proximity to the NJ TRANSIT South Amboy Station creates a convenient connection to rail service, while new roadways, commuter parking, sidewalks, waterfront walkways, and ADA-accessible connections accommodate passengers arriving by car, bus, bicycle, and on foot. Together, these improvements establish a multimodal connection between ferry, rail, vehicular, bicycle, and pedestrian transportation.

This week, French & Parrello Associates (FPA) had representation at Career Fairs at three New Jersey Universities.

On Wednesday, Marianna Tedeschi and TCNJ alumna Jordan Moritz attended The College of New Jersey Fall Career and Internship Fair, while Mary Johnson and NJIT alumna Shakthika Thevarajah connected with students at the New Jersey Institute of Technology Fall Career Fair. On Thursday, Marianna and Jordan wrapped up the week at the Stevens Institute of Technology Fall 2026 Career Expo.

There was a great showing of students at each event, giving the FPA team the opportunity to speak with many talented candidates about their experiences, interests, and potential career opportunities.

On Friday, French & Parrello Associates (FPA) celebrated the 10th Annual FPA Golf Outing at Gambler Ridge Golf Club in Cream Ridge, NJ. Over the past decade, the outing has grown into an annual tradition that brings team members together for an afternoon of friendly competition and time spent with colleagues from across the firm.

This year’s outing featured a full day of golf, prize holes, a putting contest, and plenty of memorable moments throughout the course.
