This isn’t a role for someone looking to simply maintain schedules and sit in meetings. Our projects are complex, expectations are high, and the pace is fast.

But that’s also what makes Rebellion different. We’re building some of the most challenging and interesting steel projects in the industry — and we’re growing because of it.

Let’s give a big cheers to SEVEN years for Ryan Thompson!!! 😎👏🏼🔥

For the past seven years, Ryan has been a HUGE part of what keeps Rebellion Fabrication running strong.

From wearing just about every single hat imaginable to stepping into leadership roles and excelling at every one of them, Ryan has consistently shown what dedication, hard work, and true leadership look like. We love and appreciate that he is dedicated and loves to be challenged.

Whether it’s keeping projects moving, solving problems, or bringing a calm presence to the shop no matter how hectic things get, Ryan is someone the entire team can count on. He leads by example, is respectful, puts the work first, and always finds a way to get the job done right.

Outside the shop, you’ll usually find him spending time outdoors with his sons, tearing up the dirt bike trails! 🏍️

Ryan, we truly appreciate everything you’ve done over the last 7 years and everything you continue to bring to the team every single day.

Today we’re celebrating one of the best in the shop, an experienced metal fabricator, a driven leader, and one hell of a welder.

Cody brings skill, work ethic, and leadership to the floor every single day. Whether he’s laying down clean welds, helping guide the crew, or making sure the job gets done right, he’s someone the team can always count on.

What really stands out is the way he works with the people around him. Cody leads by example, keeps the team moving, and helps create the kind of shop culture we’re proud of at Rebellion Fabrication.

Happy 5-Year Anniversary, Eythan Strope! 🎉🔥

I apologize for the rocky beginning of the video but I thought this video was appropriate for Eythan’s 5 year anniversary at RF! At our May Top Gun, Eythan was recognized for his outstanding performance recently on changing up how he does things in the shop. Take a minute to hear what Josh has to say about how Eythan values our RF core values!
We also want to say…for the past five years, Eythan has been bringing skill, precision, and serious craftsmanship to the floor at Rebellion Fabrication.

As one of our experienced metal fabricators, he’s the kind of guy who takes pride in the work, puts in the effort, and helps build the quality our shop stands for every single day.
