JUNE TOP GUN: MADDIE ROWE
This month’s Top Gun award goes to Maddie Rowe, one of our experienced metal fabricators.
Even though she’s one of the newer members of the team, Maddie has already made a huge impact. When she noticed a problem, she didn’t just work around it or assume someone else would handle it. She brought attention to it, took ownership, and helped fix it.
That kind of initiative is exactly what we’re looking for. It’s people like Maddie who help us continuously improve, raise the bar, and keep moving forward as a team.
Her willingness to speak up, solve problems, and contribute beyond her day-to-day responsibilities is a big reason why she’s this month’s Top Gun winner.
