Safety is priority to many.

The homeowner decided to add handrails, so that if you do miss a step, you have the railings to prevent you from twisting your ankles or even going down the stairs. These steps on the stairs doesn't have the same amount of footing.

This was a challenging and rewarding project.

Bending the railing was difficult because I needed to bend the railing to match the curve of the wall and maintain a 36" in height.

Once it was completed, the family feels more safe.

There are many potential customers we come across. For each person, we always want to educate them to empower them in their decision-making process, so that they will be confident in the product and service they select. We don't always get the job, but we feel we did a good service by taking that time with them and telling them what our service includes and what product we will produce.

For this project, the services we provided for them was -
1- Provide drawings - This will allow the customer to visually see how we will fabricate the fencing, gates and railings
2- Paint colors- We gave her paint swatches to select from, so that she will know if it will match her rockwall & house
3- Walk thru- To confirm that they are satisfied and there are no issues

A Residents safety is a priority to many - Associations, Homeowners, Landlords, Tenants, Insurance Companies, etc.

This is a story to remember, because we were scheduled the next day to do a simple repair, but a vehicle hit this railing the day before we were going to do the repair work. The car caused severe damage to the railing which changed the scope of work from repairing the railing to replacing the railings.

We had to obtain a building permit to replace the entire aluminum railings to bring the railings up to code. We did the drawings, applied for the building permit paperwork and executed the work. We assisted the customer from the beginning to the end. End result, the Resident & Customer was satisfied that the process went smooth.
