Whipple Enterprises began operation in 1949 manufacturing precision parts and assemblies for the medical, electronics and aerospace industries. In the process of automating its parts handling from automatic machining equipment, the company sought -- but could not find -- cost-effective, compact conveyors in the marketplace that could our needs. Clean the World is a global health organization which, among many services, recycles soap for donation worldwide. The soaps go to children and families in countries with high mortality rates due to bacterial pneumonia and diarrheal diseases -- diseases which can be reduced simply by the availability of soap and water.

Mini-Mover Conveyors is pleased to participate in the soap production process in the Florida facility, where donated hotel soaps arrive for extensive sanitization and remolding. An LP Series conveyor is seen here, transporting freshly molded bars toward a packaging area.

Accumulate products or surge/delay product movement down your production line? Mini-Mover Rotary Table Accumulators (RTA) can do either job. Shown here is a 24-inch diameter RTA, equipped with dual rails and stationary-fence option for surge action. The adjustable overhead diverter paddle can collect and then direct you products from infeed and collection to the outfeed.

When equipped with the stationary fence option, the RTA unit can double as a 90-degree corner unit between conveyor stations. The surge table capability reduces the need for attended operation in production lines that intermittently stop and start. mini-mover.com

This Mini-Mover Lite Series conveyor, equipped with sensor-position indexing capability, is the core of a high-volume LED testing system. The system can verify, in less than eight (8) seconds that all LEDs are working, all connectors are present, the bar-code is correct and the board is delivering the correct color-temperature light. The system will automatically sort good and bad boards after testing, stops if failures exceed a pre-set level and collects performance data while running.

This automated tester system speeds up the multi-step test operation so significantly that it allows more thorough diagnostics to be done on each board, while also eliminating the need for 1-2 test operators per shift. mini-mover.com

Life gets simpler when you add a simple Mini-Mover tabletop conveyor to your product-coding operation, When printing codes (e.g. date codes) on products with an ink jet printer, your product must pass within 1/4-inch of the print head and at a consistent speed. This conveyor can do it.
