onsulting firm we offer Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design services in-house-under-one-roof and are uniquely qualified to provide comprehensive coordinated design packages for streamlined construction. Furthermore, our company is LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited (LEED AP), and members of the USGBC. In addition, our firm provides Commissioning Services as per the mandatory provisions of the California Green Code. As certified Commissioning Authority (Cx), and members of the AACG, we are thoroughly familiar with the Commissioning Process from early schematic design, construction document review, field investigation and testing, to close of the project and owner occupancy.
