Designed for the Mercedes Sprinter van and built to pair with our Visordok Tubetrak, this mounting kit addresses two specific issues with the standard WOLFBOX touch screen dashcam installation

👁 Visibility & Clearance: The custom bracket repositions the dashcam slightly towards the driver’s side. This offset ensures the front-facing recording camera clears the factory windshield rain sensor housing while still allowing the sun visor to operate normally.

🌡 Temperature Stability: Standard rubber bands tend to sag and shift when exposed to high cabin temperatures. This kit replaces them with an in-house printed, solid backplate that firmly bolts to the unit.

🔄 System Integration:
This is a modular component and requires the Terra X Visordok Tubetrak to function. The backplate features an integrated 1" ball, attaching to the Tubetrak via a standard RAM Mounts® torque mount and arm assembly.
Keep your dashboard clutter-free and have remaining space on the Visordok available for other devices like our Navilight!

We absolutely love being out here at the Adventure Van Expo, catching up with friends, and showing you our premium dash mounts live and in person. There is nothing better than seeing your reactions when you test the setups yourself!

But what you see at our booth is just the final piece of the puzzle.
We are a small team, which means every single step involves us directly. To get to the great conversations and smiles, there is an immense amount of preparation behind the scenes. From precision manufacturing in our small-batch shop to packing crates, and braving the setup in the wind—it takes a village (or in our case, a tight crew of three plus Bliss 🐾).

Behind the scenes! 🛠️ Here is how we make the Overlander X step-by-step. Read the full process below 👇

1️⃣ Precision Printing: Every Overlander X bracket is SLS printed in Nylon 12 — the same engineering-grade material trusted in automotive and industrial applications. Unlike standard FDM printing, SLS produces near-isotropic parts, meaning the brackets perform consistently under stress from every direction. Nylon 12 withstands heat and constant vibration without degrading, which makes it a natural fit for a mount that lives on your Sprinter’s dashboard mile after mile. The result is a bracket that’s tough, precise, and built to last the long haul.

2️⃣ The Perfect Finish: After printing, each bracket gets loaded into our automated blasting machine. This automated system handles the cleaning and polishing — going from printed part to customer-grade finish in as little as 15 minutes. After the blast we hand dye the parts, giving them that automotive black premium look before we move on to final assembly

3️⃣ Laser Engraved: Next up, the custom bent aluminum plate—the backbone where your mounts attach—gets engraved with our Terra X logo using our in-house laser.

4️⃣ Hand-Assembled: Finally, Alex brings it all together, hand-assembling every single component to make sure the fit and finish are absolutely flawless.

The result? The completed Overlander X attaches securely to your Sprinter’s dashboard without the need for any drilling or modifications, ensuring a hassle-free installation process. 🚐
