I love doing surveys of facilities for the simple fact that many get to see what's not going right for them. Point in fact are these pictures. I realize that it's technically the off season for this facility, but this much build up on the sensor probe didn't happen over night. Plus this bleed line was both plugged with debris and broken off. This was a neglected part of their system, but so crucial at the same time. Without correct readings and the ability to bleed off bad water, scale and corrosion takes root.
