Chesapeake Bay Contractors, Inc. is currently seeking a skilled Water Test Crew Foreman to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing construction sites, overseeing crews, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and within budget.

Duties:
- Manage construction sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Supervise and coordinate crew members' activities
- Collaborate with project managers to meet project deadlines
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process

Experience:
- Previous experience in a Crew Supervisor or similar role
- Proficiency in construction management practices
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with construction software applications

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automotive diagnostics, equipment repair, vehicle maintenance and mechanical knowledge. We currently house a fleet of 25 - 30 trucks and 40 - 50 pieces of equipment, ranging from weedeaters to excavators. Mechanic with own tools a plus! Must be willing to travel throughout Hampton roads as needed for repairs.

* Duties

- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heavy equipment

- Solder and assemble components as needed
