At the end of the day, our greatest asset isn’t the equipment or the shop—it’s the skilled team behind them.

Every project that moves through our shop is the result of people working together. It’s the emails that get answered, the estimates that get prepared, the drawings and scans that turn ideas into plans, the coordination behind the scenes, and the craftsmen who bring it all to life. Each person plays a role, and every role matters.

📢 Did You Know?

There’s a difference between “brake metal” and “trim” in the metal construction world.

While the terms are often used interchangeably, they serve slightly different purposes:

👉🏼 Brake metal refers to sheet metal that has been custom bent on a metal brake machine to create specific shapes and profiles for a project.

👉🏼 Trim is the finished architectural piece installed on a building to create clean lines, cover transitions, and complete the overall appearance.

Many trim pieces are fabricated from brake metal, meaning they can serve both a functional and aesthetic purpose.

At Carros Metal Concepts, both our brake metal and trim are fabricated in-house, giving us greater control over quality, precision, and scheduling.

This Memorial Day, we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

We are also mindful of the generations of Americans who supported our nation’s defense efforts both in uniform and on the home front, helping build the ships, aircraft, infrastructure, and resources that served our military throughout history.

Today, we pause to reflect on the courage, sacrifice, and dedication of those who never came home. Their service and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

From estimating and project coordination to scheduling deliveries, managing materials, and supporting field operations, successful projects depend on people working together behind the scenes every day.

At CMC, relationships have always been at the center of what we do.

Recently, CMC president Mike Carros and his wife, Cindy, attended the Eagles concert alongside CMC’s trusted banker and financial advisor, John McDaniel(Market President of FirstBank) and his wife, Melanie.

It was a great evening that reflected something we value deeply at Carros Metal Concepts — building strong business relationships that naturally grow into lasting friendships and a culture rooted in family. It makes for a peaceful, easy feeling. 🎶
