We’re proud to announce Alcrete’s first graduates of the National Precast Concrete Association’s Master Precaster program — Corey Bonds and Jason Wald from our Pell City plant.

The NPCA Master Precaster program is the industry’s gold standard for precast training, covering production, safety, quality control, technical expertise, and leadership. Graduates are honored at The Precast Show with a gold hard hat — a symbol of true professional achievement.

Corey joined Alcrete as a Precast Operator and has grown into Production Manager at Pell City.
Jason began as an Operator and now serves as an Estimating & Design Engineer.

That kind of growth doesn’t happen by accident. It takes work ethic, curiosity, and a commitment to getting better every day.
