I am so very pleased to announce that I have recently had the honor of being elected to the Board of Directors for Western Pennsylvania chapter of the Better Business Bureau!
For as long as I can remember, the BBB has been the gold standard for ethical, customer-centric business practices throughout our country. I shared their vision when creating Accessible America, and their pillars were paramount to what I wanted my company to look like. I worked hard to earn their business Accreditation, and ensure Accessible America remains โA+ Rated.โ
In our online, digital era, particularly with the rise of AI, the role of the BBB is as important as ever. Unlike most other review sites online, each business seeking Accreditation is independently audited by a real, local person. Likewise, all reviews, complaints and disputes are investigated, mediated and resolved by humans, as well. These practices ensure that both businesses and consumers are protected, while being provided with the most honest and impartial information possible.
I am excited to serve in this Board Member role, sharing my own personal and business experiences, perspectives and ideas to help further the mission of the BBB, while at the same time gaining invaluable insights from our regionโs most respected business leaders.
