MBV Engineering was again proud to sponsor and participate in the Genesis Annual Golf Tournament. This year, it took place at Baytree Golf Club in Suntree. It was a beautiful day and fun was had by all in our efforts to support such a worthy cause.

Serving Brevard County since 1977, Genesis House provides emergency shelter for homeless women and their children, long-term student housing for mothers with children, and a shelter for homeless pregnant women. Genesis House, Inc is committed to providing a safe, supportive, caring environment. Education, self-discipline, self-reliance, and independence from public assistance are earnestly promoted. Counseling, personal improvement classes, and appropriate healthcare are obtained for all residents.

MBV Engineering is proud to celebrate the completion and Grand Reopening of Nana’s House Thrift Store, located at 4490 S. Babcock Street in Melbourne, Florida.
The project was a 10,800-sf building addition to the existing 6,000 sf thrift store, therefore providing much needed storage space, as well as additional showroom floor area to display the goods for sale.
If you wish to donate any items to the thrift store, they accept gently used, clean, resellable items. Small items can be dropped off at the store from Monday to Saturday from 10:30 am – 2:30 pm. If you have large items to donate, such as furniture, you can schedule a pick-up. Call 321-724-5111 extension 4, and leave a message. Someone will call you to discuss your donations, confirm your personal information and arrange for pickups. Tuesdays are the normal pick-up days.
As part of this meaningful project, MBV Engineering served as the Engineer of Record, providing comprehensive site engineering services—from layout and utilities to stormwater management and site infrastructure improvements—helping support the store’s expansion and improved accessibility.
This project is especially close to our hearts, as our team proudly contributed volunteer engineering services to support the mission behind Nana’s House. MBV has been providing pro-bono engineering services to Nan’s House for over 12 years, including their eight (8) single-family home development on God’s Way, off Eber Road.
Proceeds from the thrift store directly benefit Nana’s House, whose mission is to provide a safe, secure, and loving home for neglected, abused, and abandoned children—offering them hope, healing, and the opportunity to experience God’s love.
We’re honored to play a role in a project that strengthens our community and supports such an impactful cause. 💙

MBV Engineering is proud to celebrate the completion and Grand Opening of Teale New Haven, located at 4455 W. New Haven Avenue in Melbourne, Florida. Situated on 8.53 acres on the south side of US 192, just east of I-95, the previous site of an old, run-down motel, the property and buildings have been completely renovated to provide work-force housing with functional amenities including a clubhouse, pool, business center, laundry, dog wash, and fitness center.
From concept through completion, MBV Engineering served as the Engineer of Record, providing comprehensive site engineering services including layout, utilities, stormwater management, and site infrastructure improvements to support seamless access and connectivity.
We are proud to have contributed to a project that enhances the local community and supports affordable housing in Brevard.

🎉 Now Open in West Melbourne! 🎉
MBV Engineering is proud to celebrate the Grand Opening of the Space Coast Town Center 7-11, located at 2015 Milky Way in West Melbourne.
This 2.04-acre development features a 4,800 SF convenience store, 14 fueling positions, a drive-thru car wash, and inviting outdoor seating designed for a great customer experience.
From concept to completion, MBV Engineering served as Engineer of Record, providing full-site engineering including layout, utilities, stormwater management, infrastructure, and off-site improvements to ensure smooth access and connectivity.

Representatives from MBV Engineering and Indian River Survey had a great time participating in the St. Lucie County Public Schools “Classrooms to Careers” Career Fair. Chris Demeter, Pamela Fernandez, Zach Jenkins, and Rebecca Grohall connected with over 1,200 motivated students from 15 local high schools, sharing insights into career paths in civil, structural, environmental engineering and surveying. It was a fantastic opportunity to inspire the next generation of professionals and highlight the impact of our industry.
This event brought together local employers across industries including manufacturing, construction and skilled trades, healthcare, logistics, and hospitality. Students were given the time to explore career opportunities, learn about different fields, and connect directly with professionals offering internships, apprenticeships, and job opportunities. MBV Engineering provides civil and structural engineering services and partners with surveying and environmental engineering professionals, allowing us to deliver well-rounded solutions across a wide range of projects.

🚧 New Project Announcement –
MBV Engineering is proud to serve as the Engineer of Record for the expansion of the Sorelli Business Center in Suntree, Florida, located at 400 Saint Andrews Boulevard.
This project includes key infrastructure upgrades such as water, sewer improvements. Additional improvements include the construction of an off-site northbound left-turn lane on Wickham Road, along with comprehensive site enhancements—paving, stormwater management, utilities, and landscaping.
We’re excited to support the continued growth of the Suntree community and deliver engineering solutions that enhance accessibility, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.

🚒 Ribbon Cutting Ceremony – Grand Opening of Fire Station 7 🚒
MBV Engineering was proud to serve as the Engineer of Record for the City of Palm Bay Fire Station 7, located in Palm Bay at 2144 Palm Bay Road NE.
This project spans approximately 2.0 acres and features a 12,934 SF state-of-the-art facility, including driveways, parking, sidewalks, utilities, landscaping, infrastructure, and stormwater systems—supporting the critical needs of Palm Bay Fire Rescue.
We are honored to have collaborated with an outstanding team, including Indian River Surveying for surveying services and W+J Construction Corp. for construction and CPZ Architects for this incredible infrastructure.
A special thank you to The Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce, along with city leadership and community members who joined us in celebrating this milestone.
We were also honored by Senator Debbie Mayfield, Mayor Rob Medina, and the Palm Bay City Council members. Representing MBV Engineering were Bruce Moia and Aaron Stanton.
