We are your one stop shop for hydraulic ram services and needs. C&S Hydraulics is the only company in the Basin that services hydraulic rams/cylinders. We have the equipment to handle just about any ram. Our servicing table is capable of putting out 40,000 ft/lbs of torque, aiding with the break down process.

The table is made specifically to service rams on ALL Caterpillar heavy equipment. This is the same table that the Wheeler Headquarters in SLC has. We have the only other Tuxco Cylinder Servicer in Utah. We can service cylinders up to 26' in length and up to 22" in diameter, down to something as small as what you would find on a log splitter.

We offer more than just simply breaking down the cylinder and replacing seals. We hone the inside of your cylinder to ensure a good seal and to remove any glazing from inside. After we are done servicing and the cylinder is put back together, we use our pressure testing unit and test up to 3000psi, this ensures functionally and safety.

We are working close with a seal distributor right here in Utah, they stock thousands of seals and kits and they ship products FAST! This makes the turn around time very quick, ensuring less downtime for your equipment. Don't hesitate to call or message with any questions. We would love your business!

Break Down Table is capable of producing 40,000 ft/lbs to help disassemble and reassemble back to spec.

Cylinder Testing Unit is used to pressure test the cylinder after rebuild to ensure functionality and safety.

Honing/Cylinder Cleaning Table is used to hone inside cylinder to ensure a proper sealing and to remove any glazing inside the cylinder.
