At Masaba, some of the best connections happen outside the workplace.

Our annual Fishing Tournament at Lake Pearle brought together employees and their families for a day of , friendly competition, and time spent together. Despite a little rain, the turnout was fantastic, and the fish cooperated just enough to keep things interesting.

Thanks to everyone who joined us and helped make the day a success. 🎣

June is National Safety Month.

Safety First isn't just one of our core values. It's a commitment that shows up every day across our facilities, our processes, and our people.

From the shop floor to the jobsite, we're proud of the employees who make safety a priority and help create a culture where everyone looks out for one another.

Because the most important thing we build is a safe place to work.

There’s always more to learn in the skilled trades.

That’s why recently launched an in-house welding training program designed to help employees develop new skills, refresh existing ones, and gain confidence in the shop.

Open to anyone interested, the program covers everything from welder setup and blueprint reading to measuring, fabrication, and a variety of welding techniques. Whether someone is brand new to or returning to the trade after time away, the goal is the same: build knowledge through hands-on experience.

Six employees have already completed the program, learning directly from experienced welders and applying those skills in a real environment.

Investing in equipment is important. Investing in the people who build it is what makes the difference.

What’s inside the Masaba Harold Higman Fabrication Center?

Masaba Metals. 🦾

We’ve talked a lot about the building itself, but what really drives this facility is the capability inside of it. Masaba Metals represents a major step forward in how we process material, support production, and continue expanding what we can do in-house.

From cutting and bending to material handling and delivery, every part of the operation was designed with efficiency, consistency, and long-term growth in mind.

Today, Metals features 10 different ways of cutting, 3 different ways of bending, 2 automated storage systems, and delivery capabilities that help support both our manufacturing operations and the industries we serve.

Not every machine is pictured here, but each one plays a role in keeping material moving through the shop and supporting the equipment that leaves our facility every day.

What started as an investment in fabrication has become an important part of how we continue building, growing, and supporting the industries that rely on us.

Today, we remember those who gave everything in service to our country.

Their sacrifice is the reason we have the opportunity to build, work, and move forward each day.

We honor them. 🇺🇸

Bins and Magnums and crushers… oh my. 👀

Just another at . A little conveying, a little crushing, and a whole lot of aggregate equipment taking shape in the shop right now. Built to keep material moving and built for the work ahead.

Strong foundations don’t happen by accident. They’re built by the people who show up every day, put others first, and keep everything moving forward.

Today, we recognize the women who do just that.

Happy Mother’s Day. 🌸

National Skilled Trades Day 🔧

Behind every piece of equipment we build is a team of skilled hands making it happen. From fabrication and machining to wiring and assembly, these are the people who turn raw steel into something that works in the real world.

It’s the welders laying down every bead, the electricians bringing systems to life, the machinists holding tight tolerances, and the crews on the floor making sure everything fits, runs, and lasts the way it should.

In the manufacturing industry, none of it moves without skilled trades.

Today, we recognize the work, the knowledge, and the pride that goes into building it right.

What’s inside the Masaba Harold Higman Fabrication Center?

The Masaba Panel Shop.⚡️

We’ve talked a lot about steel, fabrication, and equipment. But what you don’t always see is what brings it all to life. When we opened this facility, we didn’t just expand capacity. We expanded capability. And today marks a major milestone for the Panel Shop.

Every wire, every connection, every component is placed with purpose to ensure the equipment it supports runs the way it should in the field. This is where our equipment comes to life.

By building our own electrical panels in-house, we have greater control over quality, improved consistency across our equipment, and the ability to adapt when a job calls for something specific.

We started manufacturing panels in August 2025. Today, April 29, 2026, we completed our 100th panel in-house, now being installed on a Magnum Telescoping Conveyor.

That number represents a lot of hours, a lot of detail, and a step forward in how we support the operations that rely on our equipment every day.

This is just one part of where we’re headed. More to come.
