Most traditional cleaning relies on water, chemicals, and agitation — you’re saturating the surface and then pulling it back out.
Steam works differently.
It’s more like a sauna — high heat opens up the pores of the surface, pushes dirt, grime, and bacteria to the surface, and removes it.
Dry v***r steam runs at around 250°F at the tip, with very low moisture — almost like a dry heat — using nothing but tap water.

Our most popular unit is our "Eagle" steam cleaner and better known as our tile & grout steamer - this is a perfect unit if you want to clean grout, floors, cars, and many other applications. However it does not come with a vacuum and would need to mop or wipe up with a towel after steaming. Our EP2 (Eagle Plus 2.0) is a powerful steamer byself, but it also has a vacuum (that is detachable) so that cleaning up after or while steaming is a breeze. wE Also recommend our EP2 to anyone that is using the unit on a larger facility or a big surface area of floor to clean.
