We are enjoying watching a number of Ventura and Channel Island’s top sailors race neck and neck in today and tonight’s Newport to Ensenada race. Currently they’re experiencing high winds and have around 45 miles to go to reach Ensenada. Our own boss, Shaun Plomteaux and on-site rigger Cody Schlub are both currently 4th (Triumph) and 3rd (Chronic) in their class (PHRF UL B ). I’ll update their race results tomorrow early morning. Like the Newport to Ensenada Yacht Race to track the race too.
