Our first shipment of local mum’s have arrived! There are many colors and as you can see, they haven’t fully bloomed yet so you’ll get lots of color from these for awhile! They are $12 each or 2 for $20!

Our shelves are stocked with jarred goods, candy, peanuts, pintos, hats and T-shirts! Stop by Saturday to see us during the Vass Spring Festival! We also have a new shipment of flowers and vegetable plants that came in this morning!

Vass Hardware and Mercantile will be CLOSED on Wednesday, February 22nd all day so we can finish moving our inventory to our new location (just 20 steps away!). We will open back up in the new store at 8am Thursday morning! Come and see us!

Power crews are making progress bringing some people back online. Duke Energy brought in a mobile substation on a truck trailer. Because of this mobile substation, crews were able to restore power to the town of Carthage.

We will open this morning about 8:30am but we have no power still so it will be CASH only. We have gas cans, batteries, lamp oil, hardware to fix most anything. Bring your patience as we will navigate the store by only sunlight but we are here to help!
