If a patient will need footwear designed to accommodate their Amfit custom orthotic, that footwear can be included in the plan before the fitting appointment.
Surefoot Shoes can be added to a Central Fabrication order or requested separately through the Provider Portal when a scan is already on file.
The clinic can offer the footwear as needed without carrying shoe inventory.

The Amfit Scan App lets providers capture a 3D foot scan using a compatible iPhone, without carrying a separate scanner to every appointment.

Using the phone's TrueDepth front camera or rear video camera, the app creates a digital starting point for an Amfit case. The professional still positions the foot and reviews the capture before the case moves forward.
