What is a Smudge Pot?

A smudge pot operates by burning fuel sources such as diesel, used motor oil, hydraulic fluid, or used cooking oil to generate heat. The flame height, burn rate, and shutdown are controlled by an integrated damper and slide system. Customizations are available upon request at no additional charge. This particular model stands 58 inches tall, has a 10-gallon fuel capacity, and is priced at $450. A smaller version, 42 inches tall with a 5-gallon capacity, is also available for $350.
