💥Huge Milestone Alert💥 We are proud to celebrate the graduation of our very first Apprenticeship Program cohort. 🎓

What began on January 20, 2022, has come to completion after 1,573 days (that’s 4 years, 3 months, and 22 days) of hard work, dedication, and growth.

Over the course of the program, the graduates completed:
• 8,000 hours of on-the-job training
• 1,200+ hours of technical coursework

Another custom automation system taking shape on our shop floor. 🔧⚙️

This cell is designed around high-speed, precision hot melt adhesive application. It automates the transfer, positioning, inspection, and outfeed handling at a rate of one product every 2 seconds.

Excited to see this project continue coming together from concept to commissioning!

Today was Signing Day at Vantage Career Center, and we are excited to officially welcome Damien Iliff to the Alliance team as an Electrician!
