SENSIT is proud to support the next generation of engineers! 🎓

This summer, we donated solar panels and touchscreen LCD screens to the Valparaiso University College of Engineering.

These materials will be put to work right away in courses covering renewable energy, embedded microcontrollers, and senior design projects, giving students hands-on experience with the same technologies used in the field.

Doug Tougaw, Dean of Engineering at Valparaiso University, shared:

"The Valparaiso University College of Engineering is very grateful for the generous donations of solar panels and touchscreen LCD screens that SENSIT Technologies provided to us this summer. We will be integrating these new devices into our courses on renewable energy, embedded microcontrollers, and senior design projects right away."

We're proud to have supplied the Portage Fire Department with loaner G2 gas detection devices. They were incredibly grateful for the support.

Amanda helped with the handoff (fittingly wearing a shirt that read "Harness the Power of Caring") and Jamila shared a copy of Jerry Knapp's book on natural gas emergency response with the team.

SENSIT is committed to supporting Portage FD and other local departments and utility crews as Northwest Indiana recovers from this week's storm.
