The last three weekends, we’ve been everywhere. We put laps on the new Toyo Proxes Sport R with our 2024 Mustang GT HPDE car at Homestead-Miami, ran four cars in four classes at Mod Nationals, and sponsored the 2026 Patriot Run with Stangs of South Florida at Jimmy Johnson’s Big Chill, benefiting Tunnel to Towers.

Today, the 2026 Annual Patriot Run at Jimmy Johnson's Big Chill brought South Florida’s car community together to honor the 25th anniversary of 9/11.

Thank you to Stangs of South Florida and Tint Haus Customs for putting on an outstanding event, and to every driver who came out. All proceeds benefit Tunnel to Towers, supporting the families of our fallen first responders and military heroes. Steeda is proud to be a sponsor of this wonderful event!

Mod Nationals 2026 is in the books. 🏁

We took four cars up I-75 to South Georgia Motorsports Park and ran them in four different classes, from the Fox Body to the F-150 to the Mustang.

Two trucks. One mission.

They’re rolling test beds, and our team in Valdosta keeps pushing both platforms further with every round of development.

The newest part to come out of that program is the Steeda Maverick Competition Strut Tower Brace. It uses a double bar design with gusseted strut tower plates to tie the front end together, for sharper turn-in and a more planted feel.

It won’t be the last. We have more parts in development for both the F-150 and Maverick, and we’re proud to be building for these trucks.

TECH TIP TUESDAY: What does a strut tower brace actually do?

Strut towers are the mounting points that tie the top of your front suspension to the body. Every time you load the front end, whether you’re turning into a corner, carrying speed through an on-ramp, or hitting a mid-corner bump, those towers take the force. They can shift slightly relative to each other.

A strut tower brace ties the two towers together so they work as one unit. Load going into one tower gets shared with the other. That gives you:
- More consistent suspension geometry under load
- Quicker, more precise turn-in
- Cleaner steering feedback through the wheel

What it doesn’t do is replace your springs or sway bars, which handle body roll. The brace makes the front end answer your inputs sooner and more predictably.
