The Heico Companies announced that Precision Engineering has been acquired to expand the Thermal Solutions Segment under the Applied Solutions Group.

We are now a wholly-owned subsidiary under the Applied Solutions Group (ASG)/Thermal Solutions Segment and have expanded our capabilities, capacity, and workforce - to better serve our customers.
