Excited to see Kettlestone Social taking shape in Waukee! Exile Brewing Co. will be joining other local vendors in this new food hall. We were proud to provide civil engineering services for the project.

The brewery will be one of five or six other food vendors at the new Waukee food hall set to open next year.

Congratulations to the City of Grimes on the grand opening of the new Grimes Public Safety Center! 🚒

CDA provided site design and engineering services for this 16,500-SF facility serving the Johnston-Grimes Metropolitan Fire District and Polk County Sheriff’s Department.
