GJ Gentry General Engineering Inc was founded in 2010 by Garrett John Gentry as a grading, concrete, and pipeline contracting company. Garrett came from a family run construction business, but had greater aspirations of starting a company that was all about the employee environment and their families. Garrett also wanted to provide a turnkey solution for his valued clients. His clients were having to use multiple sub-contractors slowing down project productivity, therefore creating one company that can complete the project from start to finish is what GJ Gentry General Engineering Inc. provides. He is determined to be the best and was tired of the subpar mentality that he had experienced in the industry.

The term “Being the best” doesn’t stop at the job site. Garrett believes that every employee should be treated like family. When employees know that they are cared for and their contributions matter, they go above and beyond to provide a helping hand. He was tired of seeing companies that were focused on upper management strategies instead of the men and women that dedicate their lives to their company to support their families. Providing jobs and opportunity for generations to come is the foundation that GJ Gentry General Engineering Inc. is built on.
