Surprisingly, due to the nature of this business, it is successfully woman-owned. We currently serve the Inland Empire, Riverside, Orange County, and the greater Los Angeles area. However, our services also extend to Arizona and Nevada. Since 1993, we have provided our clients with quality service in all areas directly related to forklift service and material handling. It is the company’s expectat
ion to meet the highest standards in monthly preventative maintenance programs, tire replacement, liquid propane gas system rebuilds, engine and drive train rebuilds and repairs, as well as other necessary items related to this industry. Our mechanics have completed classes and attend seminars with the California Air Resource Board (C.A.R.B.), the "California Air Resource Board", for current compliance rules and regulations. With this knowledge of C.A.R.B., we are able to help keep our clients up-to-date and in compliance. We have also trained and qualified employees that handle the transportation of forklifts and aerial equipment. We offer forklift parts to our clients and consistently deliver them same-day to local businesses. In the past, clients have requested materials to do their own forklift safety classes, which we have provided, as well as a large selection of safety items for equipment and the application it is used in. These safety materials include such crucial things as information on battery testing and safety equipment for the electric powered units. In our pursuit of excellent customer service and satisfaction, our client base has grown tremendously in a time when most businesses have struggled. We now service certain larger companies such as American Building Supply, Inc. and Hollywood Delivery Service, located in Rialto, CA. American Building Supply, Inc. alone retains over thirty forklifts that have been serviced and receive monthly preventative services by our staff. Hollywood Delivery Service keeps an additional 10 forklifts that also receive monthly scheduled maintenance, as well as all necessary repairs. Our customer base has expanded to over 450 satisfied customers, ranging from small businesses to large corporations. We currently employ five technicians on a full-time basis. Our technicians have a combined 55 years of experience and are fully classified as experts. They are trained to diagnose and repair a wide variety of equipment makes and models.
