Today for we create 4 different problem scenarios with Prince auto-cycle valves and show you how to correct them!

*BEFORE ADJUSTING DETENTS* Make sure that you are getting 3,000 PSI to both valve banks when dead-heading a valve. Do not attempt to adjust the detents if your max dead head pressure is incorrect.

*ONLY ADJUST DETENTS WHEN THE HYDRAULIC FLUID IS AT OPERATING TEMPERATURE*

If your machine has been functioning normal, and one of these scenarios that we created in the video occur, start with small adjustments.

*ONLY ADJUST ONE DETENT AT A TIME*
- Tools needed for this job are minimal, and listed below -

For pressure relief adjustment:
- 1/2" wrench
- 9/16" wrench
- 3/16" allen wrench

For auto cycle / auto return detent adjustment:
- 7/8" wrench
- 5/8" wrench
