The ideal candidate will possess 1+ years of industrial coating experience utilizing a variety of systems including conventional, airless, air-assisted and electrostatic. Experience with structural steel & metallizing in a high production environment is preferred. 40+ hours per week, pays hourly, with 1.5 overtime pay, health & dental insurance, 401K with employer contribution, paid vacations & holidays.
