EEMS PTA Craft Show
On behalf of the PTA of Eastern Elementary Middle School, we would like to thank you for your interest in our Craft Show and hope that you can join us. The event will be held on Saturday November 19, 2017 at Eastern Elementary Middle School from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm. We will have various displays and vendors setting up in the gym, cafeteria and hallways. There is no admission for the public to attend this event. If this date is acceptable, please return the enclosed information sheet and your payment in the mail to the address listed on the registration form. Vendors will be able to set up their booths beginning Friday November 18, 2017 at 6:00 pm. All vendors will need to provide their own set-up equipment (CHAIRS, tables, electric cords, etc.) **Please note that if a vendor has not arrived by 8:45 am on the day of the show, their space will be relinquished to another vendor. The PTA at EEMS will not be responsible for items left at the school overnight. We hope that you will be participating in the 2017 Craft Show! Sincerely,
