Yesterday we had our annual employee appreciation day! It was a great opportunity to recognize the accomplishments of our team, enjoy some good food, and spend time together outside of the normal workday.

Of course, no Employee Appreciation Day would be complete without our annual bags tournament! 🌽🏆 There was plenty of friendly competition and, most importantly, a lot of fun.

Thank you to everyone at Ultra for the hard work and dedication you bring every day. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished together and grateful for the team that makes it all possible!

Last week, members of the Ultra Tool team attended -A-Palooza in Milwaukee, joining manufacturers, Plex users, and industry experts from across the country.

Members of our team spent the week networking with the Plex community, learning about upcoming Plex innovations, sharpening their ERP knowledge, and exploring new ways to leverage Plex to improve efficiency and operations throughout our organization.

Continuous improvement is a core part of what we do, and opportunities like this help us stay informed, connected, and ready to bring new ideas back to our customers and our shop floor.

A special thank you to Control+M Solutions for organizing another outstanding event and creating a valuable space for collaboration, learning, and innovation within the Plex community.
