Today marks a defining moment for Trand, Inc.
As the daughter of Terry and Sandra Arnett, I didn’t just grow up around this company—Trand has been a part of my life since I was 10 years old. Working alongside my parents has been one of the greatest gifts of my lifetime, and the lessons they’ve instilled in me have shaped who I am as a leader.
This moment is both proud and bittersweet. As a family, we have poured everything into Trand—years of hard work, sacrifice, tough conversations, wins, setbacks, and a deep commitment to building something meaningful. This company was built on strong values, lasting relationships, and a standard of excellence that will always remain.
Today, we are announcing the sale of Trand, Inc. to Centurion Group.
This decision was made thoughtfully and with the future in mind. It creates new opportunities for growth, expanded capabilities, and continued strength for our team and the customers we serve.
Most importantly, I want to personally reassure our customers and partners that I will remain in place as President of Trand, Inc. Our team is staying the same.
