The last time I set this season’s World Record at Firefighter Challenge US National Championships with a 2:23, it lasted all of about 2 minutes (thanks, Andi Barrickz 😉).

This time at World Championships, I put down a 2:16 qualifying time and held the World Record for a whole 24 hours before my tall Canadian friend Meaghan snatched it away in finals 😂

But hey, records are meant to be broken! This competitive of a women’s field is exactly what I’d hope for, and I’d love to see it grow even more from here.

Maybe next year I’ll get it back AND manage to hold onto it for longer than a day. 🤞🏼😂

I also officially made it into the Reckless Chamber of the “House of Grind” with a sub-2:20 time, which is pretty damn RAD! 🔥
