Functional art handmade in the heart of Pensacola, Florida. Specializing in custom knives and accessories, we focus on incorporating locally found materials so that each piece has a unique story and history. We prefer to work with sustainably sourced wood over imported exotics. We collect and process choice pieces of wood that would otherwise be destined for the landfill. Custom commissions are always welcome! We're happy to work with you on designing just the right knife or a meaningful gift. In most cases, we can even incorporate your materials into the piece. We also offer restorations, repairs, and refinishing!

First restock of the year: 40lbs of my favorite flavors of high carbon steel. Time to get to work. Yeehaw!

Look at those handles! A LOT of our current wood stock was salvaged after Hurricane Sally in 2020.

In fact, 99% of our handle material is wood that I've salvaged around Pensacola and aged, milled, and stabilized myself. High-quality knives with a local connection.

Built a Skinny Bird (bird-and-trout knife) with a spalted sycamore handle, and my daughter was my right-hand helper. She worked so hard on this one! Love getting to share the craft with her. Proud dad moment. 🪵✨

Stay sharp, shop local. Get dad something he'll love.
