🛺Whether you are looking to advance your existing industry knowledge or jumpstart a long-term career with a trusted regional leader, this role puts you right at the heart of our dealership operations.

➡Key Responsibilities:

✨Customer Service & Sales: Sell parts, labor, and services while delivering an exceptional, customer-first experience.

✨Service Department Intake: Check in customer equipment for service, open repair orders, and communicate repair updates clearly and proactively throughout the job.

✨Billing & Administration: Perform shop ticket billing, maintain accurate unit records, and process service documentation.

✨Inventory Management: Check in incoming new/used inventory units and assist with adding new equipment listings to our dealership website.

✨Shop & Department Operations: Keep the shop and showroom clean, orderly, and organized; assist service technicians when needed.

✨Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly across service, parts, sales, and administration to maintain high dealership standards.

➡What We’re Looking For:

Passion for Powersports: Interest in or familiarity with ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and outdoor power equipment.

✨Customer-Centric Mindset: Excellent communication skills with a positive, professional attitude.

✨Technical Aptitude: Computer literate with the ability to quickly learn dealership management systems and inventory software.

✨Core Traits: Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, hard-working, dependable, and a true team player.
