Mountain View and Los Altos High Schools are looking great following their recent synthetic turf and track resurfacing projects! Both schools now feature expanded sport striping such as flag football and unified lacrosse, along with updated school branding, logos, and fonts showcased right on the field.

We are proud to work alongside the Mountain View Los Altos High School District, Cu***ng Group, and both schools to create athletic spaces that support coaches, empower athletes, and encourage participation across a variety of sports.

Go Eagles and Spartans! 🦅⚔️

Last weekend, our very own Tish crossed the stage at Simon Fraser University’s MBA graduation ceremony in Vancouver.

Earning an MBA while working full time is no small feat. We’ve watched Tish take on this challenge with determination and grace, and we couldn’t be prouder.

In Tish’s words:
“Many train rides into downtown Vancouver, long days, and late nights later, and an amazing cohort made this journey truly unforgettable. I also want to give a huge thank you to every one of my Lloyd coworkers. You were all so incredibly supportive during these challenging couple of years. I appreciate you all!”

What better way to celebrate the leaders who inspire us and the sports we help bring to life than on the same day?

Happy National Boss’s Day and National Sports Day!

At Lloyd Sports + Engineering, we know that success starts with strong leadership, teamwork, and a shared vision. From the leaders who guide our team to the athletes who inspire us, dedication and collaboration make great things happen both in the office and on the field.

Thank you for all you do, Bob and Anthony!

Happy 1 Year Anniversary with Lloyd, Scott!

Scott has been a valued part of the team, bringing creativity and thoughtful approach to his work.

A project that stands out to Scott is Hohokam Stadium! He has attended several spring training games there with his family and it is especially rewarding to contribute to improvements at a place he already knew and enjoyed.

Scott served as lead designer for site improvements related to a proposed stadium addition, overseeing the design and plan production. One of his favorite parts of the process was visiting the site firsthand, which gave him a deeper understanding of the conditions and considerations shaping the design.

We’re thankful to have Scott on the Lloyd team and excited to see what he accomplishes in the years ahead!

USC unveiled their brand-new practice fields at the Bloom Football Performance Center in August, and the College Athletes are already training hard on the new surface.

Lloyd is proud to have been involved in the design and construction of the synthetic turf practice field at the new facility.

The cutting-edge synthetic turf field, alongside a natural grass field, gives athletes seamless access to both types of game-day surfaces for training and game preparation.

Wishing the USC Trojans a great rest of the season!

Grayson Allen and Patrick Beazley recently represented Lloyd Sports + Engineering in Prescott at the AIAAA State Conference.

Events like this are always a good opportunity to catch up with old friends,
and meet new athletic directors. It was great to have real conversations about what’s happening in the Arizona athletics departments. Ranging from the everyday challenges and operational concerns ADs are facing to the new opportunities opening up for high school programs across the state.

We appreciate everyone who took the time to stop by the booth, chat sports
engineering, or grab a round with us. Looking forward to keeping the momentum
going.

Lloyd Sports + Engineering is proud to have worked alongside Chandler Unified School District to transform athletic fields across Chandler’s high schools with new synthetic turf.

Arizona College Prep High School was the final school in the district to complete the transformation, bringing a new synthetic turf field to their athletic program. The field will support both football and soccer, providing a durable, versatile surface for practices, games, and competition.

It has been exciting to see this district-wide vision come together, creating improved athletic spaces for students and athletes across Chandler.
Congratulations to Arizona College Prep on their new field & thanks to CUSD for trusting us with their vision!

Please join us in welcoming our newest team member, Grayson Allen! 🎉

Grayson is a Civil Designer and brings a blend of on-site experience and land development expertise from projects all over the western United States. His well-rounded background allows him to design for constructability and practicality. He’s joining the team with the goal of bringing a seamless transition from concepts on plans to community infrastructure. 👷‍♂️

Originally from Golden, Colorado, Grayson graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. After working in Montana post undergrad, he has traded the mountains for the Arizona sunshine! ☀️🌵

He is passionate about all things sports and loves spending time outside when the AZ weather allows it. As he has grown up surrounded by athletics, working in a space that allows for the combining of engineering and sports has always been a dream of his.

We're excited to have you on the team, Grayson. Welcome to Lloyd! 👏
