No cold lap. No cold welds. No missed or inconsistent tie-ins. No questionable weld toes showing signs of poor fusion. Just clean, uniform welds with proper transitions into the base material and attention to every detail.

There’s a difference between simply joining two pieces of metal and actually understanding the welding process. Proper heat input, technique, consistency, and fusion matter.

When the toe of a weld doesn’t properly tie into the base material, that’s not just a cosmetic concern. It’s a potential structural issue, especially when you’re fabricating products intended to protect people’s lives.

Some inconsistencies are impossible to hide, and quite frankly, they shouldn’t be acceptable at this level of fabrication.

Over 20 years behind the hood, and I still hold every weld to the same standard.

Quality isn’t a marketing term. It’s a standard of workmanship.
