We are thrilled to unveil our latest project: a modified bobblehead one-off custom fiberglass piece for the VP Racing Fuels team! We didn't initially make the bobblehead, but we were excited to help by editing it to raise its height. This impressive bobblehead is parked at the Road Atlanta racetrack entry in Braselton, GA!

This project wouldn't have been possible without our team's hard work and dedication, especially Fred Hirsch and Mike Parsons from Oliver Companies. Their creativity and commitment have truly brought this project to life.

We are privileged to occasionally take on unique projects like this and are grateful for the opportunity to assist the VP Racing Fuels team.

Oliver Fiberglass Products is hiring for several open positions right now.

Job Description:

General Laborer:
- Read a tape measure
- Use of buffer to buff out blemishes on fiberglass
- Willing to learn how to add plumbing jets, and essentials for walk-in bathtubs and showers.
- Be able to use cutting tools (saws, drills, gauges for thickness, use pry bar, cut fiberglass mats, etc.)
- Use of a spray gun to apply gel coat
- Trim rough edges using a grinder
- Operate machinery used in production process
- Handling, positioning, moving, and manipulating materials.

Skills/Qualifications:
Must be self motivated, able to lift heavy objects, able to climb ladders, and able to read and follow verbal and written instructions. Must be compliant, detail oriented, task focused, and comfortable handling repetitive duties. Should possess good manual dexterity.
Physical Requirements:
Heavy work: Exerting 100 lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 50 lbs frequently as needed to move objects. Requires safety equipment such as safety glasses and ear plugs. Requires standing, bending, squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting.

Normal hours:
6:30 AM to 3:00 PM - Some overtime may be required.

Oliver Fiberglass Products hiring for an Electrical Technician

Job Description:
Electrical Technician

Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct tests and assessments of new systems and repairs to ensure quality in the production line.
- Assemble and install electrical panels, wire harnesses, and other electrical equipment.
- Respond quickly to all service requests and efficiently troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
- Communicate estimated timelines for repairs to those impacted.
- Install new equipment and wiring to expand infrastructure as needed.
- Read wire and electrical diagrams and stablish best installation route.
- Perform preventative maintenance on a regular schedule.
- Log all services and report progress to management.
- Utilize and store all equipment properly.

Requirements and Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; associate degree in electrical engineering technology preferred
- Valid electrician license in good standing
- 2+ years of experience working as an electrical technician, knowledge of audio systems installation a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and all necessary equipment.
- Able to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient with manual and power tools.
- Familiar with code requirements and company safety regulations.

Pay:
Based on experience.
