Here is a great example of why it is important to have your tools serviced regularly. Over a period of time, the levers that holds the arms of this tool has become loose. Luckily this was found before damage was done and the department was facing a hefty repair bill. If it has been awhile since your tools were serviced, give us a call.

We are out today, finishing up the preventative maintenance service for the city of Gastonia fire dept. Gastonia has a wide array of rescue tools from old all the way to the new EVO series tools. Folks, please check your equipment daily! This was found during a service today, it is a male core coupling that was in a 5240 spreader. It appears to have been dropped or hit, the coupling was pulled loose from the tool and also broken off inside the tool. No way the tool would operate if needed. So please check your tools daily! If you need service or find something broken. Please give us a call.
