***It is the responsibility of the sending and/or receiving rescues to make sure that all import requirements of the destination state are met regarding vaccine requirements, testing and, permits, quarantine and importation guidelines. The above requirements are for transport with SAFE K9 Transports, LLC and may not meet the requirements for the state of destination. If the state requirements are not met and require that the animal be returned to the sending rescue, the sending rescue will be responsible for the additional return transportation fee.
***These requirements are for the safety and health of all animals that end up on our transport. We trust that you abide by the requirements for quarantine and vaccinations. We reserve the right to refuse transport of any animal at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to terminate relationships with any rescue found to be in violation of the above requirements.
***Every precaution is taken to ensure the safety and health of all animals transported by SAFE K9 Transports, LLC. Please understand that due to the nature of transporting animals long distances the health of any animal cannot be guaranteed. Any animal can still become ill after transport due to the stress associated with transport. We do our best to reduce the stress associated with the trip by including music in the trailer, pheromone diffusers and adhering to the strict requirements above, but despite our efforts some animals may still experience illness after transport. SAFE K9 Transports, LLC will not be held liable for any illness resulting from transport.
