Track repairs. The backbone of this companies production. When it fails like this one did, we come in and replace all components necessary to getting them up and running again. Patch work is a temporary fix. We fabricate and weld new curved channels, as well as yoke ends for a truly bolt up solution. So 15 years down the road, removing and replacing worn track components is a breeze.

As a company that emphasizes off-site fabrication, this one piece architectural railing made the install very challenging. Two different level changes, as well as three different angle changes, along with finished flooring and paint; required many calculated movements to minimize any paint scratching or flooring scuffs. Installed and secured with only the need to touch-up one trim board. We call that a success

💥 This project. 2000lbs between the two poles - 28 steps - 28 railings - 750lb platform - over 600 bolts, washers, lock washers, nuts and lock nuts.

All components were disassembled, rust removed and replaced with new material, double blasted, zinc dipped, two-stage powdercoat, re-assembled.

We could not have done this without a great crew of guys working from dawn to dusk more than a few times during this build.

Bucklew Carpentry handled the composite flooring with masterful precision.

When a job comes together like this, you can't help but to step back and appreciate the attention to detail in all aspects of the space. From joined components with seamless transitions, to sleek intentional radiused top rails. This build checked all the fabricator boxes!

We like to "hang" out. These modern industrial beam supports turned out great. Brackets were all CNC cut and specially designed for this application.

Process pictures for a mini-ex hydraulic ram replacement. Customer wanted to use existing pin eyes, so we cut them down to fresh material and re-welded them .

Every design is intentional. This radiused top rail was rolled to the exact archway dimensions of the home it will be going in. We are excited to share this build with you!
